I was lucky enough to be born in one of the most beautiful cities in the world: Alexandria! And I started up my hospitality career in Cairo and Hurghada, which allowed me to discover enchanting and unusual places across Egypt.

I have always loved travelling and organizing guest itineraries both in Egypt and abroad; that’s why I explored and have been working in tourism. Over the years, I have specialized in Hotel Management.

I love being a Travel Connoisseur and sharing my national hospitality insights with travellers as much as co-workers. 

I think there is no greater joy than making the people who travel and work under my guidance happy—the definition of hospitality.

I am an out-of-the-box thinker who keeps himself updated by investing his time in books, current global affairs, and the market economy—top hospitality industries trend.

And with expert knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry that extended for over 17 years—hospitality manager jobs.

Early in my career, I did it all – I was a Front Desk Clerk, an Assistant Manager, a Hotel Manager, you name it.

My duties span from directing and leading all Front Office, Guest Service, and Reservations departments.

It ensures efficient, cost-effective, and quality services are provided to guests for a unique and personalized guest experience while maximizing room revenue and occupancy to meet the financial goals of the Hotel and resort.

It may seem obvious that service is a primary objective in the hotel business, but how that service is delivered sets one apart. I call it an exchange of mutual respect performed with an attitude of kindness.

I focused on ensuring today’s luxury consumers – from travellers to locals alike – experience the highest standards of quality and the unmatched level of service that they have come to expect in every interaction.

• Philosophy on Travel: There are trips, and then there are vacations. For trips, I focus on a new place, going sightseeing and doing things I’ve never done before. Vacations, on the other hand, are about relaxing, staying in one place, reading, playing and having fun.
• Best friends for Life: I’ve known close friends since elementary school, and we still get together to appreciate great foods and drinks as often as possible.
